Our Goal is for every group to have a Smooth and Successful Fund Drive!!
We start with our first contact, by consulting with you as to what our goals for you are, SERVICE! We have been in business for 17 years serving our groups as if you are our only one. All of our products are of the highest quality. All food products are tested in tasting events not only for quality, but, price acceptance in the consumer market before our approval to be part of HeartStrings’ product line. Kick-Off
On the day of the Kick-Off we will come to your school and have a quick informational and motivational
assembly with your staff and students. We will cover the products (with samples of products and prizes),
your group selected to fund drive with. We will explain how to sell the products without going door to door, such as calling relatives even distance relatives by on-line viewing of products and ordering. Calling or going only to friends and neighbors that you know but never alone, taking your order form to church and other outside activities you are involved with and of course if parents can take an order form to work this is always helpful. If your group is fund driving with HeartStrings Cookie Dough we will cook up cookies for every student, teacher, principal, staff member and extras for parents that may be at the school throughout the day.
HeartStrings will leave classroom envelopes for the teachers and staff to use at the end of the fund drive to place
their class order forms in and turn into the office on the turn in date. If there is any late orders please feel free to
fax, call or we will pickup these orders up to the day before delivery. If there is any orders turned in after this
we will be more than willing to fill those also in a timely manner. (One week or less)
Each seller receives an individual large envelope containing;
- Group Coverletter (parent letter) which has description of products being sold, awards, all pertinent dates and selling tips for any question they may be asked as they are selling.
- Brochure(s) and Order Form(s)
- Prize Program
Per your instructions we can hand out packets and/or samples (cookies) during Kick-Off or have them divided per classroom/teacher to be distributed at a later time during the day.
HeartStrings will follow up during your fund drive to see how your fund drive is going and if there is anything we can do for you.
- Turn-In Of Orders
On the day of Turn-In the teachers will utilize the envelopes HeartStrings left for the classroom order forms
and turn them into the office. The next day or if you need more than one day to account for your funds, we
will pickup your orders and tally them for you. In a few days we will call with your totals. Again, if any late
orders are turned in please contact us up to the day before and we will fill those orders to be delivery at the
scheduled delivery date. Any orders turned in at delivery or after we will fill those and delivery in about a week.
- Delivery Of Orders
ALL of HeartStrings products come pre-packed per student per classroom. We would like to arrive 1 hour
minimum before the scheduled pick-up time. We will distribute the orders directly to the individual classrooms
or to your instructions. Our representative will stay throughout your delivery and help in any way needed.
HeartStrings has a 3 step packing order to eliminate any wrong items being pulled. If for any reason there is a discrepancy or broken item our turn around time is 1 to 2 days.
Your BIG BASH BONUS can be held at the same time or day as your delivery since parents and students will all be at the school to pick-up there products!
HeartStrings offers several incentives not just for the students but for the PTO/PTA, Principal, Teachers, Office Staff and School!
As we all know the PTO/PTA, Principal, Teachers, Office Staff all give strong support to the schools fund raising efforts and HeartStrings believes they to deserve an award. Each will receive a special gift from HeartStrings as our way of saying thank you!
Top Classroom in Sales will receive a Pizza Party or special awards for BIG BASH NIGHT!

- If your group sells: 1 - 500 items - receive 1 inflatable attraction
- 501 - 1200 items - receive 2 inflatable attractions
- 1201 - 1900 items - receive 3 inflatable attractions
- 1901 - 2600 items - receive 4 inflatable attractions
- 2601+ items - receive 5 inflatable attractions
